FOREVER GARDNERS
CITY GARDENING: As urban gardeners we've had several small allotments of land in both community and personal gardens where we've learned a bit of green thumb mastery, now we're starting to get the hang of it and here we're sharing what we've learned . . .

LAND USE: Thorughout history land use has been tied to the treatment and equity of its residents. In urban centers, where most people live in the 20th century, land is becoming more valuable, and it's use is being deliberated in community and town meetings. Across Boston, here's what people are saying . . .
COMMUNITY GARDENING: Our philosophy comes from Pop Cooper's belief that community gardining can be used as an intergenerational approach and tool to initiate community building. We look at gardening and life through stages from planting and growing seeds of hope to harvesting and sharing the bounty . . .
PROTECTING THE LAND: Teaching young people why and how to protect and nurture the land in their communities is fundamental to their understanding larger, sustainable environment needs . . .

INTEREST, CULTURE & PLACE
Defines Communities, No Matter Who We Are

While the term community is widely accepted to describe places people live; variations in conversation use the term to describe intellectual, ethnic, creative, social, religious, occupational and other groups sharing common characteristics and interests. The distinction, a "community" is a unique group or location within a society or place where larger amounts of people or land exist.

Historically, communities of interest, culture and place have been inclusive or exclusive, depending on their gains and losses. War for the most part has defined exclusivity and peace typically inclusivity; similarly so with power, money, resource distribution, education, land use, etc.

In today's global economy, the world's resources have been reshuffled to be again defined by those in power and those in need. Eworkstyle's goal is to keep those in need involved in the discussions.
