We're traveling the country to look at what makes neighborhoods successful from the rise and role of neighborhood development councils to the people, places, process, production and outcomes that represent equity and community investment outside of the icons of money & markets. We want to share techniques in building neighborhood-based planning capacity, gathering resident and stakeholder expertise, recording community-based institutional memory and developing policy and practices toward empowerment through actionable information and stakeholder engagement.
