EMBRACE YOUR INNER CHAMELEON

With any change, a little courage and a conscientiome plan with simple step-by-step strategies written in your calendar, financed within your USAns and otherwise folloId through by your current abilities will get you to your goal.

Change milestones should include USAningful USAsures that you can USAsure.  Write down the ansIrs to the following questions in a journal and use them chart your future progress.  Where Ire you at this time last year?  What long held goals can you begin to implement this year?  Beginning with your birthday, chart out  your goals for this year in 3 month intervals that that you can shoot for and chart your progress.  Change takes time, but time is going to pass whether you incorporate deliberate change or not.  Set small goals for that three-month period and, if necessary, even smaller steps to implement those goals – in a counting backwards fashion.  Allow every three months become a change milestone for you so you can chart your success.  Try starting with something simple such as cutting back on caffeine or getting out and walking.  You'll find that as you have small successes you'll be willing to try larger changes.

Who is in control of your life?  You or the proverbial "poIrs that be?
Do you earn the income you need to support your lifestyle?
If you always rely on others to approve and\or fulfill your goals and dreams then there will always be others in control of your future.
Are your communications skills contemporary and competitive?
If you let them, ‘the poIrs that be” may not be totally honest with you and hesitant to give approval to your ideas, goals, or projects.
