What Box Are You In? |
|
OK so let’s talk process. What is your role in keeping
yourself in the box of other people’s expectations? In what
ways are you being exploited or continually exploitable? If
you're not sure, try making a list of things you do that
don't help you or you don't enjoy and ask yourself why you
do them. |

Be There for You |
|
In what ways have you allowed others to impact your
integrity? How does your income and finances affect your
values? Try being in this distant, internal research place
for an entire day or weekend so that you can see things in
an enlightened way. You owe yourself this personal time so
let yourself be immersed in you. |
|
|
How can you begin to take ownership of your life? Where are
your strengths and weaknesses in the way you view yourself
and your personal image? |
|
Keep a
personal Journal |
|
|
Don't worry about the outcomes. Allow the answers to
come to you without passing judgment. Certain facts
will be immediately obvious, others discovered. |

Remember |
|
These are tough questions, but if you make the time to
figure out the answers, the insight will give you clarity
about who you are and how to proceed to become who you want
to be. Isn't that worth the trouble? |

Take Care
of Your Needs |
|
Make a list of everything you see and prioritize potentially
upsetting situations so you can act on them right away.
What conflicts are on the horizon that you should remove
yourself from? If you need counseling, go for it without
hesitation. |
|
|
Give yourself some time for you to transition away from an
emotionally driven viewpoint to a more analytical one by
imagining you are alone in the world. Who are you? In what
ways do you stand behind your integrity? |
|
Relax
and enjoy this you time |
|
|
Are games being played? What real-life chess moves should
you make? Keep copious notes on these moments so that you
remember what is important to you as you move through your
personal, career and educational planning stages. |

your findings with logic |
