THE CHALLENGE,
MAKE
THE TIME to judiciously evaluate yourself spiritually,
physically, and emotionally several times per year. Ask
yourself and remind yourself who you are
to your friends, family and loved ones and how you can best
be of assistance to those around you. At the same time write down
and internalize what you need to keep these same people from making
you loose yourself and your goals to waiting on only their needs?
What you write down may prove surprising, but it will certainly
prove important to your sanity as well as your general happiness.

You Decide |
& Lately . . . |
at Home |
or Personally |
|
If
you aren’t happy with what you are doing and where you are in your
life perhaps you should seriously consider how to expand your
personal and professional horizons toward your happiness. |
If
you've not been eating healthily, sitting too much, feeling or just
feeling blue; will a changing diet, adding exercise, a luxury day,
alternative healing or simply meditation make a difference to how
you feel? |
Are
you are full of angst and lacking in energy to take charge and
delegate your responsibilities? Perhaps you need to take some time
to redo your schedule for the year adding creative downtime. |
Are
you
confronted with boundaries that are really just self-imposed or
emotional limitations
that have more to do with your past than the present? Perhaps
you need to seek reputable counseling. |

HOT ADVICE |
 |
|
Your
focus will need to be
on the details of your life. The control you exert over small
changes your daily routines will give you a better chance to make
the greater changes you desire in your life as a whole. Remember to
balance responsibility with pleasure, get out and enjoy some fun
each day, each week, each season - even if you can’t get away. I
should warn you to
expect
strong reactions from those who rely heavily on the old you, they
might be nervous that they may not be able to rely on you now that
you are expanding your horizons. Reassure them, but be true to your
values, growth and development. Also, no dramatic displays are
needed; slow and steady wins the race.
