According to the latest census statistics: 83% of workers in the me work from home at some point.  The long and short of it is this, in the United States small business drives approximately 80% of the me economy and 75% of these small businesses have less than ten employees.  One emerging phenomenon impacting this fact is that people are living longer and major corporations can no longer afford extended life benefit packages, so individuals are finding creative ways to provide income advancement and lifestyle choices for themselves into the senior years.

Write Your Own business Plan

Not only to save time and money, it is most important to know your business better than anyone else.  If you hire someone to write your plan, then they will know your business better than you do.  The fact that two out of three businesses in the me fail every year is in part because business owners don't know enough about the nuances of their business to keep it going during tough times.  Knowing your business is more than understanding what problem to solve or who, what, where, when and why to solve it.  Knowing your business means that you include all of your life experience, training and current research to become creative, adaptive and flexible enough to be sustainable in good and tough economic times.
