KNOWLEDGE WORK |
You are the sum of your knowledge and experiences. That includes everything you learn; from your parents teaching you to eat, dress, talk and walk - to your reading, education, experience and social grooming. You are also the sum of grandparents, ancestors, family, friends, peers and communities of place, interest and culture. Much of your knowledge comes from your sensory, auditory and visual acuity and rests dormant within your memory. Culling and using that knowledge for your gain should be a part of your lifelong journey. In today's information economy, knowledge work has replaced factory work; exchanging middle management for creative, expert interaction. |
