A Charrette is the term used to describe an event or series of events where a community of stakeholders come together in intensive effort to define, develop and finish an architectural design, land use, community distribution or other community involved resource\asset project. Charrettes are usually lead by a team of investors, facilitated by non-partisan experts and attended by those who are involved because of interest, culture or place.
Eworkstyle Institute has a staff of experts with extensive experience as hosts, facilitators and stakeholders in Charrettes in Boston, New England, across the United States and in the Carribbean. Along the way, we've collected papers, presentations and other information that can help you host your own Charrette.
We've created the Charrette Development Center to post that information and share best practices and resources from those experiences. |
