Paul Deare, President\COO of Eworkstyle Community Investment Fund (ECIF) designed this division to specialize in multi-disciplinary site-based training toward actionable, civic engagement and stakeholder empowerment.  Deare wanted participants to understand what it takes to make all levels of sustainable community investment work - from grass-roots and civic leadership on issues, processes and policies of social equity to the breadth of local to global economic cycles.  V. Paul Deare drew from his 40+ years working in US and abroad on charrettes, master planning sessions, turnkey projects and conferences to provide Eworkstyle Community Investment resources.
